  31. What can UserCreditor do:

  33. * UserCreditor works with Percent. Giving you the advantage of being able to
  34.   give 30% extra credits for a file, or draw 80% credits for a bad file.

  36. * If the user hasn't enough Upload Credits. UserCreditor will add
  37.   the rest to DownloadedBytes. Ie. If the user only uploaded one 500kb file
  38.   and you want to withdraw 200%(the file was a SuperVirus) then 500kb will
  39.   be drawn from Upload, and 500kb Added to DownloadedBytes.
